You must create an account to use Stokd Smart Ordering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Fees and Payment Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as required by Stokd Smart Ordering.
Suppliers agree to pay any applicable invoice fees, subscription fees, or transaction-related charges.
Fees are determined based on usage, agreed pricing structures, and subscription tiers.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Stokd Smart Ordering reserves the right to update its fee structure at any time, with prior notice to users.

7. Supplier Listings and Responsibilities

Suppliers must provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability.
Stokd Smart Ordering reserves the right to modify or remove misleading listings.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and content related to Stokd Smart Ordering, is owned by Parallel Trading Pty Ltd.
Stokd Smart Ordering operates under a license from Parallel Trading Pty Ltd.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Stokd Smart Ordering’s intellectual property without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stokd Smart Ordering is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using Stokd Smart Ordering at any time.
Stokd Smart Ordering may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
